The bilum makers (mostly local women) in Mt. Hagen are now selling the bilums at a very cheap and lowest price ever for build trade only. The lowest price is PGK15 and the highest is PGK80 for one single bilum. The quantity range from a minimum of 10 bilums to 1,000 bilums per carton. This auction last for the year 2011 only.
