WHDF Financial Report 2010 & Call for Financial Support for AGM 2011

Elites of WHP:

The Interim Executive Committees first General Meeting of 02.02.11 at Holiday Inn in Port Moresby resolved to published the approved FINANCIAL REPORT 2010 for your individual viewing and information. Also, all who contributed in one way or another towards all the activities of WHDF in 2010 are acknowledged formally, see per attachment.

We look forward to a fresh financial year 2011-2012 with hope, confidence, and ambition for the good of the 500,000 plus people of WHP.

On this note, we are formally launching our Call for Financial Help to offset the Hotel Venue Hire cost (quote to be provided to those interested) in Port Moresby for the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of WHP elites in March/April 2011.

Any elites of WHP or corporate entities who are keen to contribute some money in order for us to meet the targeted K50,000 to hire the hotel venue & food with drinks for more than 700 elites of WHP to gather for the AGM, please contact anyone of our executive members. You can reach Theresia Bob (Treasurer), BA, CPA-PNG - telephone: 7603 9602, 7355 7011.

At this AGM, we will elect senior elites of WHP to serve in the BOARD OF TRUSTEES (BOT) while officially launching the CONSTITUTION and CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION and officially disbanding the current interim executive committee members. The BOT will then set up a new permanent Secretariat to be funded by Foreign Donors and PNG Government to work in partnership with the WHPG Government, NGOs, WHP CCI, all 7 Open MPs of WHP, and other concerned entities in 2011 and onwards to deliver diverse initiatives aimed at addressing the grand problem of lawlessness affecting Mt. Hagen City and parts of WHP.

The PNG IPA will by next week approve our application for intention to register an Association. We will then proceed to run the intention as advertorial for 30 days as of next week or following. Upon end of 30 days, we will lodge for registration with IPA and should be issued a Certificate. Using the Certificate from IPA, we will open our new Operating Bank Account in which all funds collected in 2011 will be deposited and transacted from thereon. Once the bank account is opened, open calls for registration for membership among elites of WHP will be published in our dailies and that is the time you can fill the forms and send your fees.

Attached, please find (1) Financial Report 2010 of WHDF, (2) Formal Acknowledgement by WHDF to All Entities that Supported us in 2010, and (3) other relevant updates. The picture attached is the recieving of 1,000 BSP uniform T-shirts for Hagen City Cleanathon in Easter of 2011. Presentation was done in Hagen City by BSP Bank Manager, Alex Kuna and staff to Interim Chairman last weekend.

God bless you, be nice to yourself and each other, and lets "See the Bigger Picture Together" for WHP and PNG in 2011!

Sincerely always,
